TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, momoChef WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting an updated version on this page). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
